Gravien-OS collects and processes data strictly for the purpose of execution structuring. The types of data collected include:

Client Provided Data:

  • Execution-critical financial and operational data submitted for structuring and optimization.
  • Documents, spreadsheets, or reports shared for system implementation.
  • Contact information, including email, phone, and business details.


Automated Data Collection (Website & CRM).

  • Standard site tracking, including cookies, session logs, and analytics.
  • Interaction records with Gravien-OS’s website, emails, and CRM system.

Gravien-OS does not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric, health, or social security details.


2. How We Use Data.
All data collected is used exclusively to execute structured financial intelligence. Gravien-OS does not sell, trade, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Investor Portal Transparency.

  • Gravien-OS may showcase anonymized execution insights within its investor portal, strictly at its discretion.

  • Gravien-OS retains full control over what insights are displayed and the investor access criteria.

Gravien-OS implements strict security measures to protect client data, including:

  • Restricted access where only authorized personnel can view execution data.
  • Secure third-party integrations where data processed through CRM and dashboard tools follows compliance standards.

No digital system is completely secure. Clients acknowledge that data security is maintained to the highest possible standard, but Gravien-OS cannot guarantee absolute protection against external breaches.

5. Data Access, Modification & Deletion.

  • Clients may request access to their stored data.
  • Clients may request corrections or modifications to inaccurate data.
  • Clients may request data deletion—with the following exceptions:
    - If the data is actively used in an ongoing execution process, deletion may be restricted.
    - If the client has entered into an agreement with Gravien-OS, essential execution data may be retained for compliance or recordkeeping.

6. Governing Jurisdiction.

All data-related matters follow the legal jurisdiction of Gravien-OS’s official business registration at the time of the request. Gravien-OS reserves the right to update its legal jurisdiction without requiring client consent.


7. Updates to This Policy.


Gravien-OS may update this Privacy Policy as services expand. Clients will be notified of material changes via:

  • Email to their registered account.
  • Public notice on the Gravien-OS website.


Continued use of Gravien-OS services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Additionally, Gravien-OS retains full discretion over refining execution structuring, investor visibility, and data processing systems without requiring individual client approval.
